night at 7:15 PM. Show up
early or wait for the break. It's
a real bummer when 10 people walk
in during the first read. To attend,

The theater is located downstairs
and at the rear of the Oak Ridge Plaza.
The shopping plaza is on the corner of
Beverly Glen and Ventura Blvd, diagonal
to the Cadillac dealership.
How
much?
Your first night is FREE. Regular dues
are $30 per month. Mid-month starters
will be prorated accordingly. All dues
go to covering the rent at our super
cool theater.

What's
this group called?
Deadline Junkies.
How
many members?
12-15 active writers. This gives all
our members the opportunity to present
new work every 4-5 weeks.
What
kind of writers?
Screenwriters only. We read some prose
style treatments read but everything
in the group is film related.
Parking?
There is an underground parking
structure and plenty of street parking.
Meters run until 8PM.
I'm
a busy person. Do I have to come
every week?
No. But after a month of checkered
attendance we'll definitely start interviewing
your replacement. Constructive feedback
is an essential component of our group.
